Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups The Kind Harvest Co. Plain Flour
2 cups mashed bananas (4 medium bananas)
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup soy milk
3 egg substitute
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Method:
Mix wet ingredients together in bowl and then dry in separate bowl.
Combine mix - but don’t over mix.
Place in two separate loaf tins bake at 190° for 40 to 45 minutes
